ZEDINTEK is looking for a Technical Manager to:Support tele-advisors with technical guidance.Lead the SAV team and ensure top-quality after-sales support.Recommend technical substitutions for unavailable or obsolete products.Validate complex technical quotes and solutions.Train and guide advisors on products and internal tools.Monitor new products from producers and integrate them into the catalog.Requirements:Degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, or similar.Strong technical knowledge of industrial components.Good English (technical).Team player, analytical, and customer-focused.Location: Madinah, KSA 📩 Send your CV to: contact@zedintek.com.sa
