About the RoleFini is building the future of customer support — AI agents that autonomously resolve up to 80% of tickets, boost CSAT by 10 points, and cut support costs by half.We’re ex-Uber founders, YC + Matrix-backed, and already powering global brands like Bitdefender, TrainingPeaks, and Covergenius.Our product is highly technical and deeply integrated with enterprise workflows. We need someone who can translate complex AI/ML concepts into compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires our audience, from technical practitioners to enterprise decision-makers.This is a 0 → 1 builder role. You'll work side-by-side with our engineering, product team, and founders to create technical blogs, build our social presence from the ground up, and produce videos that showcase what the next generation of AI support looks like.What You’ll OwnTechnical Content CreationPartner with our engineering team to write in-depth technical blogs on AI, LLMs, RAGless architectures, and customer support automation.Break down complex topics (prompt engineering, AI evaluations, integration patterns) into accessible, SEO-optimized content.Create case studies, white papers, and technical guides that demonstrate ROI and implementation best practices.Interview customers and internal teams to surface compelling stories and insights.Social Media & Community BuildingOwn our social strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging channels.Create and schedule engaging posts that drive conversation, shares, and inbound interest.Build relationships with AI/ML communities, developer audiences, and CX thought leaders.Monitor trends, engage authentically, and position Fini as a voice in the AI support conversation.Video & Visual ContentProduce videos including product demos, customer testimonials, technical explainers, and founder stories.Script, shoot, and edit (or coordinate production) of video content optimized for different platforms.Experiment with formats: short-form social clips, long-form YouTube content, webinar recordings, and more.Collaborate with design on visual assets that support content distribution.What We're Looking ForTechnical fluency – You can understand complex technical concepts (APIs, AI/ML systems, integrations) and explain them clearly to different audiences.1+ year in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI/tech companies.Strong writer – Your technical blogs get shared, your social posts get engagement, and your copy converts.Video skills – Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing video content (even if scrappy at first).Social media savvy – You understand what works on each platform and can build an engaged community from scratch.SEO knowledge – You know how to research keywords, optimize content, and drive organic traffic.Self-starter mindset – You're comfortable operating independently, setting priorities, and moving fast.Curiosity about AI – You're genuinely excited about LLMs, AI agents, and the future of customer support.Bonus PointsExperience working directly with engineering teams to create technical content.You've built a social presence for a B2B startup from 0 → 1.Background in customer support, CX, or SaaS go-to-market.Video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile editing tools).You've written content that's been featured in major publications or gone viral.What Success Looks Like2+ high-quality technical blogs published per month, driving organic traffic and leads.Social engagement metrics (followers, shares, comments) growing 20%+ month-over-month.5+ videos produced in your first 90 days, with measurable views and engagement.Content directly contributing to pipeline generation and brand awareness.A repeatable content creation process and editorial calendar established for the team.Why Join FiniMassive impact: Join as an early team member shaping our brand voice and content strategy from the ground up.Real ownership: You'll own the entire content function with full creative autonomy.Career runway: Build the foundation of our content marketing engine and grow into a leadership role as we scale.Learn from the best: Work directly with technical founders and engineers solving cutting-edge AI problems.Sound like a fit?
