Our expert team ensures every project is executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met.Perform quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost comparisons.Review project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, project reports, and progress documentation.Support tendering and estimation processes by providing accurate technical input.Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency.Ensure all technical documentation and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory).Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Office role within the construction or contracting sector in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of shop drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with BIM workflows and coordination is an advantage.Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Arabic and English.Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Saudi nationals only.
