The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical designs, shop drawings, and execution plans based on project specifications. The role includes ensuring compliance with quality standards, preparing project documentation, and coordinating with site teams to oversee progress. Additional tasks involve quantity surveying, cost estimations, and material specifications.QualificationsProficient in technical drafting, design software (e.g., AutoCAD), and shop drawing preparationExperienced in project planning, quality control, and construction documentationStrong skills in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and materials analysisAbility to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesBachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldPrior experience in retail-specific projects is an advantage
