Additional responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance strategies and providing employee training to improve efficiency and adherence to protocols.QualificationsProficient in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical and operational issues.Skilled in Quality Control and Process Engineering to ensure processes are efficient, reliable, and meet performance standards.Ability to develop and execute Preventive Maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.Experience in Training staff to enhance skills and ensure adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Processes, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in a technical or process-driven role will be considered an asset.
