Based in Romania, Therme Project and Engineering (PEN) is the delivery engine for Therme Group—driving planning, design, procurement, and construction across the globe. With flagship locations like Therme Erding (2M+ visitors), Therme Bucharest (1.6M visitors, expanding), and Therme Manchester (under construction, 50% larger than Erding), we’re reshaping wellness worldwide—with $500M+ projects also in Toronto, Washington, Incheon, Dubai, and Singapore. 🛠️ Your Role: Technical Procurement Coordinator You’ll manage procurement data flow and supplier coordination for complex packages (MEP, façade, steel systems), ensuring delivery from global vendors to site. You’ll work closely with internal tech teams, delivery partners, and logistics. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Coordinate supplier documentation and approvals Track logistics, risks, and programme alignment Maintain supplier trackers and support inspections Report procurement progress to management ✅ You Bring 5+ years in procurement/logistics in construction/engineering (no exceptions) Experience with technical packages (MEP, façade, steel) Excel, SharePoint & documentation systems proficiency Degree in Engineering or Construction (no exceptions) International work/study a plus ✈️ Travel Occasional international travel required.
