This role requires a strong understanding of API design, software development processes, and system architecture, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders—to ensure products are delivered with quality, scalability, and measurable impact.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, requirement documentation, and issue resolution while driving business outcomes through technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & RoadmapDevelop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.Prioritize backlog items, balancing business needs, user experience, and engineering constraints.Define KPIs and track performance metrics to measure success and identify growth opportunities.Requirement Gathering & DocumentationCollect and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineers and QA testers.Develop and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, data mapping, ERD (Entity-Relationship Diagrams), UML diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, and flowcharts.Ensure clarity and consistency in documentation to support development and testing processes.Technical CollaborationWork closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.Provide guidance on API design, system architecture, and database modeling when required.Coordinate and support QA teams in defining and executing test procedures to minimize production issues.Issue & Risk ManagementTake ownership of issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution processes.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to resolve technical challenges.Communicate progress and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Data-Driven Product DevelopmentAnalyze business and product data to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.Use analytical tools and methodologies to model, interpret, and present insights effectively.Apply findings to define growth levers and optimize product performance.Implementation & SupportOversee the installation, configuration, documentation, and training for new systems or applications.Ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new features or processes across the organization.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role bridging business and technical teams.Strong understanding of:API design and integrationAgile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycleSystem architecture and database modelingHands-on experience in:Creating ERDs, UML diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, and flowchartsUsing documentation and diagramming tools such as Notion, Draw.io, Whimsical, Figma, or similarProficiency in technical writing and developing clear product specifications.Solid background in KPI tracking, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making.Strong analytical skills with the ability to model, interpret, and present data effectively.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Quick learner with adaptability to absorb new knowledge and translate it into business impact.Available to join immediately (ASAP).Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with marketing automation tools and their integrations.Previous exposure to SaaS or digital product environments.Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) or DevOps practices.Familiarity with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
