Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivery excellence—empowering teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring our products meet both technical and business goals. Own the Backlog: Ensure stories are well-defined and ready for development. Accountable for Sprint Progress: Track sprint commitments, velocity, and key metrics. Lead Scrum Ceremonies: Act as Proxy Scrum Master and facilitate team-level ceremonies. Manage Technical Dependencies: Coordinate within the squad with support from the Domain Lead. Provide Visibility: Report progress and impediments to the Project Manager. Partners Coordination: Own discussions with partners for team-managed deliverables, supported by engineers, Domain Lead, and Domain Architect. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with product strategy. Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, business or related field. 7+ years of experience in technical delivery roles preferably in banking or financial servicesStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interpret metrics and drive data-informed decisions.Experience managing technical dependencies and vendor deliverables. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and cloud-based architectures.
