We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned digital capabilities. As part of the IT organization, the TPO plays a critical liaison role between product management (business-owned) and cross-functional scrum teams (IT-owned), ensuring delivery of high-impact digital features, APIs, and platform services.This role requires deep technical fluency, strong business acumen, and hands-on collaboration with architects, developers, QA, analysts, and business stakeholders across a global enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Backlog ManagementOwn the product backlog for one or more digital scrum teams supporting Arrow.comTranslate business requirements, use cases, and platform goals into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteriaDrive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story prioritization in collaboration with product managers and program leadsEnsure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance standardsTechnical & Business AnalysisPartner with enterprise architects and developers to assess solution feasibility and platform fitFacilitate functional and technical requirement gathering with business analysts and domain SMEsSupport documentation of technical specifications, payload schemas, API contracts, and integration pointsCollaborate with QA to define test cases and align with Definition of Done (DoD)Program & Cross-Team CoordinationParticipate in cross-team Scrum-of-Scrums and release planning for complex digital initiativesManage dependencies across APIs, frontend components (e.g., Angular, React), and backend services (e.g., Spring Boot, Salesforce, SAP)Ensure technical stories, enablers, and architectural spikes are properly represented in planning cyclesHelp align UAT readiness, data flow validation, and SIT coordination across functional teamsCommunication & GovernanceServe as the bridge between Business Product Managers and IT scrum delivery teamsProvide regular updates on feature readiness, velocity, impediments, and risksEnsure alignment to Arrow’s enterprise digital governance standards and delivery methodologies (Scrum-Fall)Support release managers with documentation needed for production deployment and hypercare readinessRequired Qualifications5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst in enterprise IT or digital organizationsProven ability to translate business goals into technical epics, stories, and workflowsStrong understanding of APIs, data models, user journeys, and software architectureExperience delivering projects using Agile Scrum and hybrid (Scrum-Fall) modelsHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and backlog tools (e.g., Aha!)Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologiesPreferred SkillsExperience with eCommerce, B2B platforms, or digital transformation programsKnowledge of Angular/React frontend frameworks and Spring Boot or Java-based backend servicesUnderstanding of DevOps, QA automation, test case management, and release readinessExposure to enterprise architecture, data flow mapping, and integration patternsPrior experience in a Fortune 100 IT organization or global matrixed enterpriseLocation:MA-Casablanca, Morocco (Boulevard Al Quods)Time TypeFull timeJob CategoryInformation Technology
