Our simulations are true hands-on learning in a virtual environment.We take pride in the fact that our solutions and services are designed to empower educators and students alike, enabling them to take a transformative journey of exploration, engage in learning, and participate in real-world experiences.In July 2025, eDynamic Learning was acquired by Pearson.Role Overview We are seeking a Product Owner to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery across our digital learning products and platforms.In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming high-level goals into actionable requirements and helping to shape the product roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure features are well-defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered to meet user and business needs.This is an ideal role for a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges, translating them into clear product and technical requirementsServe as Product Owner for one or more agile teams — managing backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing work to deliver maximum valuePartner with Product Managers to define product vision and roadmap, aligning with company strategy and user needsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Design teamsConduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and efficiency gainsCreate and maintain detailed process documentation, user flows, and acceptance criteriaSupport release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery cyclesAnalyze customer feedback and metrics to continuously refine requirements and inform product directionChampion the voice of the customer and ensure usability, accessibility, and quality standards are metHelp identify risks, dependencies, and constraints that may impact delivery timelinesIdeal Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software or SaaS environmentsProven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaStrong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or e-learning industries is a strong assetLegally eligible to work in Canada and/or the U.S.Skills Experience working closely with software engineering and product teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile management toolsStrong communication and facilitation skills — able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
