Then we look forward to hearing from you!Please send us your CV via this portal or contact us by email at recruiting@dietrichconsulting.ch with the subject line “Technical Product Owner”.Your ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the product roadmap for our private cloud platform used for cybersecurity-focused applicationsGather and prioritize requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesTranslate complex stakeholder needs into actionable user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and implementation plansCollaborate closely with DevOps, System, and Platform engineers to design and deliver secure, scalable, and automated platform capabilitiesDrive the continuous improvement of platform reliability, scalability, and security, ensuring seamless user experience and operational excellenceFacilitate alignment sessions such as sprint reviews, PI planning, and stakeholder demosMonitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve dependencies and blockersDefine and track key success metrics (e.g. SLOs, deployment frequency, incident rates) and use feedback to guide improvementsEnsure documentation of product decisions, architecture, and release notes is complete and up to dateAct as an advocate for security, compliance, and data sovereignty throughout the product lifecycleYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar technical leadership role within a cloud-native or infrastructure-oriented environmentStrong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD pipelinesProven ability to align diverse technical and business stakeholders, balancing strategic goals and operational constraintsHands-on experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks (e.g. sprint reviews, backlog refinement, PI planning)Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and make informed product decisions based on telemetry and monitoring dataStrong communication, problem-solving and prioritization skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative working styleExcellent English language skills; German is an advantageNice to have: Certifications such as CSPO or SAFe POPM, or experience in cybersecurity analytics
