You’ll work closely with product and commercial teams to translate real-world needs into digital solutions that deliver real value.Your day-to-day will include:Turning stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements and technical user storiesPrioritizing and managing the product backlog, and aligning the roadmap with customer and business goalsOwning technical trade-offs and working with the team to find smart, scalable solutionsCollaborating with developers and commercial team-members to ensure features are well defined and delivered with high qualityContinuously using data, user feedback, and metrics to improve the product experienceWhat You BringWe’re looking for someone who’s comfortable wearing both the product and technical hats, and enjoys connecting dots between teams and ideas. You’ll do well here if you’re hands-on, curious, and always looking to make things better.Here’s what we hope you bring:3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product ManagerHands-on product management experience with B2B SaaS productsProven ability in backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration.Strong communication skills and the ability to guide conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholdersA solid grasp of Agile delivery practicesStrong negotiation and prioritization capabilities.Experience working in international teams and comfort with English as your working languageWhile not must-haves, any of the following would be a great plus:Background in maintenance operations within industries such as manufacturing, refinery, machinery, transportation, or aviation (preferred).Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Azure) and development practicesUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software designWhy QOCO?At QOCO, every person has a direct impact.
