You should have a selling personality and find it easy to connect with new people. To succeed you also need a high level of self-motivation, great flexibility, and a strong drive to work independently.The service as Technical Product Specialist takes place mostly in the field and requires regular travel in Norway. You will meet our customers both physically and digitally, to sell the full Ivoclar labside product portfolio and support customers regularly.Key Tasks & Responsibilities:Plan sales, support and marketing activities within the Technical and Digital business area, in NorwayCooperate with the established dealer network & your Ivoclar colleagues in the NordicsTraining of Customers and partners, Key Opinion Leader, Universities, participating in exhibitions / fairs, hands-on coursesNurture existing contacts and provide them with solutions tailored to their needsIncrease sales and market share by conducting market analyzes, creating opportunities and reaching new customersSupport further growth in the Norwegian market and create effective sales strategies that match the company's overall business strategyDevelop long-term sales plans for key customersProvide feedback related to market and sales development as well as competitors so that the organization can respond effectively to market changesFully remote work setup with a high level of autonomyYou report to the Business Development Director Sweden & NorwaySkills & Experience:Trained dental technician with commercial competence and solid CAD/CAM (digital dentistry) know-how, IT competence and sales experience in dental care or in another market. Experience from B2B sales is an advantage.English in speech and writing is a requirement, to be able to communicate with our group and to read all technical documents regarding our products. Norwegian as a mother tongue.You also need to have a strategic focus and a structured way of working, as well as good at planning your working hours, as the service involves approx. 3-4 travel days per week, and the ability to work proactively and independently.
