As a Technical Program Manager (Technical Producer) you oversee all development projects. As a successful Technical Producer, you are a great communicator with a broad knowledge of website, web app, mobile app development processes. You manage project management with relative ease while keeping your team motivated, organized, up-to-speed and on-track. You ensure all projects are successfully completed on time and in line with the budget. You are the main contact of production from start to finish. You uphold the success and delivery of the final product. You are incredibly diligent with an attention to detail and can juggle multiple projects at once. What You’ll Do:Leadership and Expertise:Act as the lead subject matter expert within the company.Oversee front-end, website, web app, and mobile app development projects.Ensure a deep understanding of development processes.Project Planning and Resource Management:Forecast accurate timelines and plan development resources for each project.Collaborate with design and development teams to estimate, implement, and build timelines for proposals.Functional Requirements and Daily Operations:Ensure functional requirements are clear, tracked, and achievable.Conduct and manage daily stand-ups, ensuring they are timely, focused, and brief.Verify project progress through exact ticket workflows and boards.Collaboration and Vision Alignment:Collaborate with Design and Strategy Team’s Project Manager/Creative Directors to ensure alignment with the product vision and high-level business objectives.Assist in classifying, managing, and identifying risks for functional improvement requests.Team Management and Delivery:Manage developers and QAs, guiding the team to focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products.Demonstrate a passionate approach to project management to establish processes and drive projects forward.Progress Tracking and Quality Control:Track, analyze, and monitor progress throughout the development lifecycle.Oversee quality control to maintain high standards in deliverables.Client Management:Educate and guide clients through 500 Designs development processes.Report progress to team leads, project managers, CEO, and CCO.Deployment and Version Control:Plan deployment strategies, version control, and updates. What You Should Have:4+ years of technical project management experienceDemonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with project management tools such as monday.com, ClickUp, JIRA, etc.Familiarity with Google Workspace applications i.e. Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.Familiarity with communication platforms i.e. Slack, Google Chat, etc. Ability to author and refine business requirements and assist in translating those into system design specificationsProven track record of success in leadership position (e.g. managing developers, designers and/or coordinating with project managers)PLUS: Knowledge of three or more of the following: ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, Python, Tailwind, Next, WordPress and Webflow.
