Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in program management.8 years of experience designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.Experience in utility infrastructure delivery (e.g., power, water, roadways etc).Experience in project management principles (e.g., Cost/Schedule/Scope/Risk Management).Preferred qualifications:Experience interacting with various government and regulatory bodies.Experience in change management and communication strategy. Experience with infrastructure contracting, legal language, financial terms, and governance setup.Experience leading large cross-functional teams across multiple internal departments.Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple messages or insights from analysis.About the jobA problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all APAC region projects, in compliance with all processes and procedures mandated by the Offsite Infrastructure Delivery and Controls (OIDC) Program Lead.Escalate all project issues to appropriate internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.Manage the accuracy and updates of project-level data within enterprise tools (e.g., Quickbase database).Engage effectively and collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders (including Energy and Location Strategy acquisition and development teams).Document, maintain, and improve existing project/program management processes.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
