Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionJob descriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in an Agile environment. The TPM will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, orchestrating technical execution, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact programs across multiple engineering teams.Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & StrategyDefine program goals, program success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Lead large-scale, enterprise-level Agile programs involving multiple Scrum teams.Technical ExecutionCollaborate with engineering leads to assess dependencies, and scalability.Manage program planning and release schedules.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between engineering, product, business and Cross-BU stakeholders.Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and leadership.Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to maintain program velocity.Process & GovernanceMonitor progress using dashboards, OKRs, and regular status reports.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.Risk & Change ManagementIdentify and mitigate technical and operational risks.Manage scope changes and ensure traceability of decisions.Escalate issues appropriately to maintain delivery timelines.Qualifications: Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in technical program or project management.Proven experience managing Agile programs Certifications (Preferred - One Or More)PMP/ CSM/PSM/SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)/PMI-ACP.SkillsGood understanding of Agile Program ManagementAbility to understand technical architectures and system/data dependenciesProficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha, etcStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
