As our Project Coordinator (Tech / Print / Design / Ad Agency experience essential), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the platforms, campaign workflows and digital rollouts that power some of Australia’s biggest brands.This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead complex projects end-to-end, partner with stakeholders across retail and creative, and ensure every solution is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You’ll own timelines and outcomes, keep clients and teams aligned, and use tools like Monday.com to drive smarter, faster and better ways of working.Key responsibilitiesProject coordinationAct as the main point of contact for all matters relating to technology solution implementation and client tech buildsManage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring scope and expectations are clear across all stakeholdersProvide accurate, live updates on project progress and risks, proactively addressing challenges when deadlines may be at riskStakeholder managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliersPartner with Client Service to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to represent Dashing technology solutionBalance priorities between internal and external projects to deliver optimal outcomesTeam & process supportSupport the Technology team in understanding and planning resourcing requirementsLead post-project reviews and provide critical analysis to drive continuous improvementAct as a mentor and coach within the Tech team, setting the standard and leading by exampleBe a Dashing ambassador - living our values and setting the standard for excellenceChampion a Kaizen mindset - always seeking opportunities to improve, streamline and innovateProduct collaborationWork closely with the Product team, Head of Tech, Customer and other stakeholders to deliver on product-related requests and updatesHelp bridge the gap between product ideation and execution through consistent collaboration and ongoing improvementsDeployment & qualityCoordinate and oversee the rollout of new digital products and features with the Tech Dev teamEnsure smooth deployment, rigorous testing and seamless delivery of all tech solutionOwn client communications during deployment, maintaining clarity and professionalism at every touchpointAbout you2+ years’ experience working on technology or digital projects, ideally in a retail, creative or fast-paced environmentExperience working on projects in either Tech / Print / Design / Ad Agency requiredProven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines and budgetsConfident with project management platforms such as Monday.com (or eager to lead adoption and reporting)Strong communicator - able to translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly languageHighly organised with a strong QA mindset and attention to detailAdaptable, resilient and calm under pressureCollaborative team player who can lead cross-functional discussions and mentor othersEnergetic, proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to go above and beyondPassionate about systems, workflows and smarter ways of workingCommitment to delivering high standards while keeping a focus on progress, not perfectionKnowledge of PrintIQ desirable but not essentialWhy Dashing?At Dashing, our purpose is simple yet powerful: to immortalise great brands. (the non-negotiables)At least 2-3+ years’ experience managing technology or digital projects, ideally in a retail, creative or fast-paced environmentTech / Print / Design / Ad Agency experience is essential (this is not a Senior OR IT/Saas/Scrum master role!)Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets and multiple stakeholdersConfident with project management platforms (Monday.com or similar) and able to lead adoption and reportingStrong communicator - able to translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly languageHighly organised with a strong QA mindset and high attention to detailSydney based - with the ability to work from our Lane Cove West office, up to 2 days WFHDashing ValuesWork Smarter.
