Technical Project Engineer (Civil)

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a " Technical Project Engineer (Civil) " on our Sakarya-Adapazarı location of our company operating in the Energy, Technology and Engineering sector.GENERAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in industrial construction projectsAdvanced proficiency in project management software, particularly Autocad 3D (mandatory) and Revit, as well as MS ProjectProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioSolid understanding of project design methodologies and industry-standard practicesFluency in English, both written and spokenExcellent communication and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to work independentlyWilling and able to travel without restrictionsTeam player with strong communication skillsAble to take an active role on-siteStrong time management skills and solution-orientedAble to prepare technical reports and drawing documentation, and present them periodically to related authoritiesJOB DESCRIPTIONDesign of civil and structural systems including reinforced concrete structures, steel frameworks, and site infrastructure (roads, drainage, water supply, sewer systems, etc.)Perform and verify engineering calculations for all structural components of the projectPrepare and review detailed engineering drawings and documentation using engineering software design programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3DEnsure all designs comply with applicable standards and specifications (TS, Eurocode, ACI, etc.)Support the preparation of detailed drawings, material take-offs, and quantity estimations (BOQs)Review and interpret geotechnical reports, and provide input on earthworks, excavation, and backfill operationsProvide technical support to site teams and verify on-site works conform to approved drawingsCoordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines during the design and implementation phasesTrack design-related progress according to the master project schedule; report potential delays due to design approvals to the project management teamPrepare regular design progress reports and technical documentationManage and follow up technical approval processes with relevant authorities, consultants, or client representatives; revise designs accordingly when requiredResponsible of design, material assessment, procurement and execution of the projectsSupport and control for submission of project technical specifications and datasheets in line with Employer requirements and local regulationsReview Vendor design drawings and documentationTechnical evaluation of the quotations for equipment and systemsTake over the execution of all vendor related activities including but not limited to project documentation, manufacturing, testing, construction and commissioning at siteSubmitting the correct and comprehensive construction drawings, start-up and commissioning procedures to the site teamAttending customer and supplier technical meetingsParticipating Factory Acceptance Tests for critical equipment
