Constrat is a technical and commercial company specializing in automation systems for the holistic management of water supply, wastewater, and stormwater.We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team.The Technical Project Manager will act as the bridge between our internal software/IoT teams, external partners, and clients. This role combines pre-sales engineering, solution sourcing, and day-to-day project management for the development of custom software solutions.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical point of contact for all stakeholders on digital solutions.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure effective communication across teams.Coordinate between internal software and IoT engineering teams to align project delivery with client and company goals.Evaluate and source new software tools and third-party integrations.Support project scoping, requirements gathering, and technical solution design with senior engineers.Contribute to private and public tender projects by completing existing ones and preparing technical documentation for new bids.Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and clients while collecting feedback to improve products and processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, product manager, or technical project manager roles.Experience in software development lifecycles.Understanding of IoT technologies (sensors, gateways, communication protocols, etc.).Experience with technical proposals and RFP responses.Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.Organizational and multitasking skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.BenefitsCompetitive compensation packagePrivate health insuranceCompany carCoverage of transportation expenses Good to haveExperience with hands-on development, ideally using web technologies such as JavaScript (node.js, react.js).Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system integration projects.Previous work in water/energy utilities or IoT-heavy industries.
