And we celebrate our successes together, every day.What you’ll do: Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers — ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and business units to capture and document legacy business rules and operational processes.Lead client onboarding, working directly with new partners to understand their business models and configure our systems accordingly — including the creation of tickets and follow-ups for both business and development teams.Identify and document system improvement opportunities, working closely with developers to modernize legacy systems and introduce new features that add business value.Coordinate development activities with onsite and nearshore developers — setting priorities, tracking deadlines, performing regular status updates, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.Assist in operational readiness, including performing QA and sanity checks before GO LIVE approvals.Monitor and investigate business-critical services to ensure smooth operations, raising and managing support tickets where necessary.Maintain detailed documentation of existing systems and processes to promote knowledge sharing and ensure continuity across the organization.What we’re looking for: 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.Strong ability to understand and interpret complex business requirements and translate them into structured, actionable plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with developers, business stakeholders, and clients from various backgrounds.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping multiple streams of work on track simultaneously.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira (or similar ticketing systems), and basic understanding of software development concepts.A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude — not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions.Bonus points for:Experience in the mobile services, digital content, or telecom/mVAS industries.Basic technical understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations.Prior experience working with distributed teams (onsite and nearshore/offshore).We offerA highly dynamic and fast – growing working environmentAn international company with more than 25 different nationalitiesCompetitive salary and fully paid commuting expenses.25 days of annual leave (and the opportunity to buy out 10 more) with a healthy work-life balance and a hybrid work set upA place to learn discover and develop yourselfHealthy lunch in the officeFun and ambitious young team of colleagues and a recently renovated beautiful office only 2 minutes from Leidseplein in in AmsterdamThis job is open for candidates who are already living in the Netherlands.🌈 Creative Clicks is proud to be a diverse and equal opportunity employer and as such does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origins, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
