Job Type: Full-TimeSalary Bracket: 70 - 110KElite IT Team is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, sales, and technical teams,  ensuring smooth communication, efficient project execution, and successful delivery. This role requires strong technical understanding, project coordination skills, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable development plans.Elite IT Team is a remote-first company with 2–3 in-person gatherings per year, attended at the company’s expense.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects — from requirement gathering and planning to delivery and post-launch optimization.Liaise with clients and the sales team to understand project goals, define priorities, and ensure alignment throughout the delivery process.Coordinate between engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.Define technical requirements and translate business goals into actionable development plans.Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, ensuring clear documentation and accountability.Oversee DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure readiness, and deployment timelines.Identify and mitigate risks through proactive communication and problem-solving.Conduct technical feasibility assessments, resource estimation, and performance audits.Drive team efficiency with process automation, continuous improvement, and integration of AI-assisted workflows.Report on key metrics — project progress, cost optimization, and engineering KPIs.Foster a documentation-first and collaborative culture within the development team.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2–3 years of experience in software project management or technical leadership roles.Strong understanding of web technologies, cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), and CI/CD processes.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum, sprint tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Notion, etc.), and technical documentation standards.Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (frontend, backend, QA, AI/ML, and DevOps).Ability to balance technical trade-offs and business priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
