This role bridges engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to drive execution, align priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. The Delivery Manager will oversee engineering teams, optimize processes, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to enable predictable and efficient deliveryDelivery ManagementOwn and manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are metDefine delivery roadmaps in partnership with Product and Engineering leadershipTrack progress, manage risks, and proactively address issues to keep delivery on trackTeam Leadership & CollaborationPartner with engineering leads to balance technical debt, new feature development, and operational prioritiesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, QA and designMentor, coach, and support engineering team members in agile delivery best practicesProcess & Continuous Improvementimprove team efficiencyDrive process improvements that enhance delivery predictability and reduce bottlenecksPromote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learningStakeholder ManagementCommunicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and stakeholdersTranslate business needs into actionable delivery plans with clear prioritiesServe as the primary point of contact for delivery-related queries and escalationsWe look forward toBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or delivery management rolesProven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in an agile environmentStrong knowledge of development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive outcomes in fast-paced environmentsSay HI* - Your way to usWhen the time is right for change, our international teams are here to tackle the complexity of today with the industry-leading technologies of tomorrow.
