Technical Project Manager, Exchange (Derivatives Trading)

The exchange team develops and maintain a cutting-edge trading platform. With a global presence across APAC, EMEA and North America, the team has since grown with the goal to provide a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients.ResponsibilitiesLead Strategic Initiatives: Drive complex, large-scale technology projects from discovery to launch, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and functionsDrive Project Execution: Proactively manage the project lifecycle by tracking progress, resolving dependencies, mitigating risks, and clearly communicating status to leadership and project stakeholdersEmpower Development Teams: Partner with development teams to scope projects, define milestones, and manage resources. Ensure efficient deployment workflows and enhance knowledge sharing to empower the teamDrive Data-Informed Decisions: Establish and monitor metrics around the initiative, using data to guide strategy and measure successOrchestrate Tech & Business Alignment: Align technology initiatives with business feature delivery, ensuring coordination between teams to balance technical and business prioritiesHigh Quality Documentation: Facilitate the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation for diverse audiences, including production support playbooks and API guidesRequirements8+ years of software project management experience, with domain knowledge of crypto trading or exchange platform is preferredA deep understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and infrastructureExposure to Waterfall, Agile development methodologies; experience as Scrum Master is a plusSolid understanding of API and FIX protocol usage in a trading environmentProven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all business unitsExcellent problem-solving skills with an ability for aligning disparate groups towards a common goalExperience in process improvement and automation.A proactive and can-do attitudeFluent verbal and written English is required.
