Now they’re looking for a driven Client Engagement Manager to take the reins on enterprise delivery and long-term client success across the regionsWhat you’ll be doingProject Management & DeliveryLead integration scoping, planning, and execution with enterprise clientsDrive full-cycle client onboarding from both product and technical perspectivesRun and document technical meetings, maintain stakeholder engagement, and manage blockersDevelop comprehensive project materials: roadmaps, Gantt charts, visuals, and documentationAlign delivery with commercial terms and ensure results are measurable and scalableApply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Squads/Tribes) to guide team efficiency and adaptabilityPartner with the VP of Product & CTO to shape priorities, roadmaps, and backlogsClient EngagemtRepresent the voice of the client within the product and tech teamsBuild lasting relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholdersBe a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and advocate for customer successIdentify risks early and own mitigation strategies end-to-endEnsure seamless communication and transparency through regular stand-ups and updatesProduct Involvement & Continuous ImprovementContribute insights into the product development life cycleWrite scripts and perform data analysis to support hypothesis-driven improvementsSuggest and refine new processes that support scale, speed, and qualityTroubleshoot live issues and evolve operational proceduresWhat makes you a great fitAt least 5 years of experience as a Client Engagement Specialist, Project Manager or related.Knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Squads/Tribes) to guide team efficiency and adaptabilityExcellent English communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsHyper-organised and calm under pressure with a relentless attention to detailTechnically fluent able to understand development processes (coding experience a plus)Experience in air travel systems and airport operations (strongly preferred)Passion for continuous learning and process optimisation
