Technical Project Manager (ISO 20022)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive ISO 20022 migration projects within the Payment Application Team. The role focuses on aligning local and cross-border payment systems with the SWIFT ISO 20022 migration and regulatory timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of ISO 20022 messaging implementation for payment applications.Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet SWIFT’s November 2025 migration deadline.Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from MT to ISO 20022 message formats.Ensure system readiness, integration testing, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of project management experience in banking or payment systems.Proven experience leading ISO 20022, SWIFT, or payment modernization initiatives.Strong knowledge of payment messaging standards, clearing systems, and cross-border payments.Familiarity with regulatory and infrastructure modernization programs (e.g., MEPS+, FAST, PayNow).Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
