Technical Project Manager

Job Description1. Understand the client systems and application architecture and enhancement requirements from internal business clients.2. Create project plans, estimate cost and resource requirements.3. Execute the project, track progress, take corrective actions as required with the multi-vendor teams.4. Communicate the progress, risks proactively to all management stakeholders.5. Coordinate with all the offshore/onshore stakeholders for the success of the releases.Mandatory skills:1. Mandarin Speaking fluency – to handle stakeholders from China.2. Technical PM skills - Able to operate in a complex software environment across multiple cost centres, geographies and systems.3. Domain - Strong experience in eCommerce and Retail industry and solutions, i.e. paymentgateway, Point of Sales, Sales Automation, Products, offers etc.4. Technology – Experience in Java Technologies and best practice implementations.5. Good understanding of Enterprise systems and their integrations (API), Managing dependencies and coordinating with other stakeholders.6. Strong understanding of controlling and running projects within estimated budgets, schedule and quality.Desired/ Secondary skills:1. Project Management certifications, CSM, PMP, Prince2.2. Experience in Unix / Linux / Mac environment3. Experience in cloud environments, AWS4. Working in Agile / Scrum environment5. Strong negotiation, coordination and conflict resolution skills6. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
