Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:We're looking for a hands-on technical lead to own and deliver end-to-end data integration projects. This cross-functional role is 80% hands-on and involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to design and implement scalable integration solutions.What You’ll Do:Lead integration projects from scope definition to deliveryOwn communication with technical stakeholders (internal & customer-side)Integrate external data sources via APIs, streams, and databasesSet up secure pipelines using VPNs, firewalls, and cloud infra (AWS VPC, EC2, SQS)Support customers in implementing Solitics SDKs (Web & Mobile)Write transformation logic using scripting/description-based languagesMonitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliabilityImprove templates, documentation, and share technical best practicesWhat You Bring:Must-have:2–3 years in integration or system implementation rolesExperience with ETL/ELT, APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud infrastructureFamiliarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ/SQS, and data pipelinesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindsetCustomer-facing and cross-team collaboration skillsExperience in SaaS/data platformsHigh level of English requiredNice-to-have:Backend development experienceKnowledge of VPN/firewall configurationExperience mentoring or improving team processesWhy Solitics?High ownership over impactful projectsTech-driven culture with autonomy and innovationWork across teams in a fast-growing, real-time data environment
