Our mission is to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across diverse cultures and languages.About the RoleSolutions Architects/Technical Project Manager collaborate with internal teams to craft and implement enterprise-level solutions for TransPerfect´s international portfolio of clients using the GlobalLink suite of products. They act as the clients’ main point of contact, working closely with Solutions Engineers and Developers on all aspects of implementationResponsibilitiesWork in conjunction with the Solutions Engineering team to gather and analyze configuration requirements from clientsDraft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysisEnsure the deadlines of the implementation timeline are metCoordinate with the clients´ internal teams while overseeing GlobalLink product implementationExecute and verify the configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirementsAct as the primary technical point of contact and point of technical escalation for clientsAssist the support team with any client configuration issuesBe involved in the life cycle of GlobalLink products by working closely with the Product Management team, reporting client technical issues and requesting new functionalities for products based on direct client exposureBecome the spokesperson of the team for one or more of our products if desiredMentor new team members as neededPrepare trainings and procedures to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workContribute to internal projectsComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervirsorRequired qualifications and skillsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing roleExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsProject management and client solution implementation experienceInvestigation, troubleshooting and documentation skillsEffective time management, problem solving and analytical skillsCollaborative attitudeGood knowledge of Language Technology including CAT Tools, Translation Environments, Translation Portals, Localization Tools, Machine Translation, Post-Editing and Terminology and Translation Memory ToolsUnderstanding of and/or exposure to Web Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.), eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP [Hybris], Magento, etc.) and other Content Management Systems (Veeva, Contentful, etc.)Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processForeign language ability a plusTransPerfect is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
