Job Title:   Technical Project ManagerLocation:   Lund Assignment DescriptionWe are now looking for a Technical Project ManagerA Project Manager consultant plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The main responsibilities for the consultant are:Lead the project organization based on project deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities and objectives.Develop, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on pre-defined stakeholders’ requirements.Define, execute, manage and communicate a deliverable project plan.Define, communicate and manage the project budget.Define, plan and manage quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools.Develop and implement a risk management plan.Competence level descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience within the field.Independent and high level of competence.Assignment descriptionWill be working in a Scrum team/project team focusing on closure and cap applicator development. Both development of new products and product life cycle work. Working in close cooperation with the team.Main tasks will be to drive ongoing development projects and pre-studies, leading the team and support the agile way of working.Skills RequirementsPrevious experience from work in Tetra Pak, and preferably from Tetra RexSkilled in project & Stakeholder managementCompetence in Office package, Jira & PlanviewOpen personality with good collaboration skills and with the ability to support and create a high performing teamExperience of Scrum and agile way of workingTravels: Minimum travelling expected
