Based in New York City and backed by experienced entrepreneurs, our customers range from enterprises with $10M in annual revenue to NYSE-listed companies.Role DescriptionThis is a contract-to-hire role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, with the possibility of working from home part of the time.QualificationsFull-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting skillsExperience with hiring processes and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience in the technology or software industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferredCompensation: $3,000 - $6,500 USD per month with increased compensation if successful into a full-time role transition (performance dependent).
