Based in Puerto Rico, we deliver our services across Puerto Rico, the U.S., and Latin America with a commitment to ongoing technical and legal training.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and client interviews coordination, references verification, and hiring qualified candidates for technical roles. The role will collaborate with clients to understand technical staff augmentation needs. Recruiter will develop internal recruitment strategies, provide market feedback, communicate with potential candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will maintain a talent pipeline to meet the organization's present and future staffing needs, mainly in the Life Sciences industry but also for government/ nonprofits/ commercial opportunities.Qualifications3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally within life sciences staffing, technical professional services, or regulated manufacturing. Bilingual (Spanish and English) – written and spoken. Demonstrated strength in proactive sourcing and outreach (not only inbound applicants) Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple reqs and frequent client touchpoints. Prior experience staffing inside pharma/biotech/med-device facilities in Puerto Rico Experience supporting proposals/capture or staffing feasibility inputs for life sciences and federally funded work is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CANVA and ADP a plus. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills. Availability to work on site and to adjust schedule, as needed. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Engineering).
