You’ll drive the search for top talent, partner closely with hiring managers and teams, and ensure a fast, high-quality hiring process that reflects our standards and values.What are some of the high-impact opportunities you’ll tackle:Source and engage high-caliber candidates using a mix of direct outreach, referrals, and creative tactics. Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies, align on requirements, and deliver results quickly. Maintain pipeline quality and velocity—driving consistent progress from first touch to offer acceptance. Manage on-site interview coordination and logistics for Atlanta-based hiringEnsure every candidate has a seamless, professional, and efficient experience throughout the processRepresent Rainforest at local recruiting events and meetups to strengthen our employer brand in the Atlanta marketThis opportunity is for you if you have / are:5+ years of proven technical recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing technology start-upExperience recruiting across technical and non-technical disciplinesKnowledge and expertise around talent tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems, preferably AshbyA strong ability to assess talent, influence hiring decisions, and move processes forward efficientlyComfortable recruiting in a high-stakes, high-bar environment, where every hire has significant impact and urgency is non-negotiableExcellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
