In this position, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring technical talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in building a talent pipeline to meet the dynamic needs of our growing business.QualificationsN1 or Native Level Japanese requiredExperience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processesProficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring methodologiesStrong Communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate with internal teamsAbility to develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategiesExperience in the tech industry or recruiting for DevOps, SRE, or data engineering roles is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines
