The role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored elevator and escalator solutions, and preparing proposals. The Technical Sales Engineer will provide technical support during the sales process, maintain strong client relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise elevator and escalator installation projects from design to commissioning.Perform site inspections, mechanical/electrical testing, and safety compliance checks.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Prepare project reports and maintain communication with clients and contractors.Identify new business opportunities, visit potential project sites, and support sales initiatives to secure new elevator and escalator projects.Proficiency in creating and delivering effective sales presentationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.Proven experience in elevators and escalators (installation, maintenance, or sales).Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (written and spoken).Must own a car and be willing to travel to client sites.Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and standards (EN 81, ASME A17.1, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
