With AHRI 880 certification and a strong R&D foundation, we are rapidly expanding in domestic and international markets.Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our growing team. This role bridges engineering expertise with customer engagement, ensuring our advanced VAV Box systems are specified, promoted, and delivered successfully across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Starduct’s VAV Boxes and air distribution solutions to consultants, contractors, and distributors.Provide technical support during pre-sales, specification, and project execution stages.Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term trust.Conduct presentations, technical seminars, and product training for partners.Collaborate with internal R&D and production teams to align customer needs with product development.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering or related field.Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, with hands-on understanding of VAV Boxes (essential).Strong technical communication skills and ability to explain complex solutions clearly.Proficient in English (written & spoken).Proactive, customer-oriented, and eager to grow with an international brand.Ability to travel within Vietnam and overseas.
