Employer DescriptionThis is a distributor of HVAC systems .Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will be the following:Business DevelopmentCold CallingProduct OnboardingQualifying ClientsBuilding Sales PipelinesOwning the full sales cycle: spec-in with consulting engineersDevelop contractors/end-users; size systems; build quotes; negotiate and close.Manage sales pipeline in Pipedrive CRM; maintain clean forecasts; run QBRs; coordinate handover with service/installationQualificationsMatricNational Diploma/BTech (Mechanical/Electrical) (beneficial) orTrade Test and proven sales record (beneficial)Skills3–6 years technical/industrial B2B sales (HVAC/BMS/air quality/compressed air or similar) experience.Ability to read drawings, grasp HVAC basics; comfortable on active sites.Strong written proposalsCRM discipline (Pipedrive or similar)Valid Driver’s License and own vehicleCapable of managing both external field sales and internal sales coordination without frictionAdapt comfortably to a quiet, focused office culture, yet still channel your natural drive and energy outwardSalary/PackageCompetitive base + uncapped commissionBenefitsUncapped CommissionPetrol CardEmail: cedriccv@pcs-sa.co.za
