The company designs, manufactures and distributes electronic material for automated production lines and vehicles. It specializes in providing dedicated material for welding and stamping applications, mainly in the automotive industry.Senstronic continues to expand internationally, gaining new customers and constantly developing its offerings with special products of the highest quality. Currently, to meet the expectations of our Polish customers and to expand the brand in more regions of Poland, we are looking for a technical sales engineer.Job: Technical Sales Engineer in SilesiaCountry: PolandPlace of residence: małopolskie / świętokrzyskie / śląskie voivodeshipsEducation: related to industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or other related to industrial process electronicsRequired Experience: The candidate may have technical experience in the automotive industry for OEM and/or its suppliers, as well as in the industrial sector.To fit with our company culture, a strong sense of customer service is required.The candidate knowns as a pragmatic, persevering and rigorous person.The candidate shows good interpersonal skills and a good sense of opportunity.Languages: Polish, English at a high level (B2). French or Spanish would be an advantage.Willingness to travel: the candidate must be willing to make weekly business trips to the region for which he/she will be responsible. The candidate will decide on his/her sales strategy, and there is the possibility of traveling outside of the established area if needed to handle projects related to his/her own clients.Driver's license: the candidate must have all necessary documents to be able to move around in a company vehicle.Mandatory: proactive in action, committed and result-oriented, ability to detect and clarify technical problems, independent in work.Tasks:➢ Organization of sales processes (B2B sales, heavy contact, negotiation ofterms of cooperation, resolving doubts)➢ Building and expanding customer base in automotive and other industries throughmeetings and presentations of Senstronic brand solutions, continuing the strategy toIncrease Senstronic's recognition among partners and suppliers➢ Acting as an expert and advisor in presenting Senstronic brand solutions and specificationsSenstronic, actively participate in optimizing production processes for customers➢ Customer contact regarding technical consultation, current and future projects➢ Ensure smooth communication with Senstronic's overseas contacts orcustomers➢ Scheduling Home Office Day visits for the remaining 4 days of the week(mandatory)➢ Tracking and collaborating on projects with OEMs and their suppliers toEnsure smooth delivery of Senstronic material➢ Execution of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), control of monthly sales and closecooperation with internal sales department➢ Weekly reporting of sales activities via Salesforce CRM; regularemail and/or phone reporting on ongoing activities➢ Regular servicing of delivered vehicle, maintaining in impeccable condition➢ Timely preparation of expense statement (1/month) according to internalguidelinesSenstronic offers:➢ Challenging work while cooperating with major automotive brands inPoland➢ Opportunity for rapid development based on your own aspirations and achievements, in a company with a growing market position➢ Basic work tools: company car, phone, laptop, printer➢ Attractive salary divided into 2 parts: one fixed monthly salary+ bonus for achieving annual target➢ Employment contract➢ Monthly allowance provided in advance according to the fixed amount and monthly settlements
