This award-winning company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with a branch office in Dubai, UAE and a showroom in Beverly Hills, California.To strengthen our team at our location in Dubai, UAE, we are looking for a:Technical Sales Manager (f/m/d)If you have a passion for technology, excellent sales skills, and a flair for customer interactions, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales by identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closingEstablish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfactionMeet established sales budget goals, including revenue, profit, and expense targetsPrepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior managementProvide weekly updates of individual sales forecasts to the Sales DirectorConduct thorough site assessments to ensure that our products and solutions align with the client’s requirements and environmentWork closely with the technical team to align product specifications, provide feedback from the field, and ensure customer needs are metRequirementsPrevious experience in Audio-Visual industry with 5+ years of experience in technical sales managementProven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and strong customer service orientationAbility to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasksAbility to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customersExcellent customer relations skillsExceptional selling skills; able to manage the people side of the business, effectively use internal/external resources and accomplish assigned targetsProficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM platform Salesforce is a plusFluency in EnglishWe offer you a varied and engaging role within a young, dynamic team.
