Technical Sales Manager (Canada)Location: Toronto, Ontario Canada Travel: Up to 50% (including remote sites, USA, Mexico, South America)Industry: Mineral Processing | Water Treatment | Industrial SectorsOur client a global leader in solid-liquid separation technologies, delivering innovative engineered solutions to the minerals processing, industrial, and water treatment sectors, is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, expand market share, and support customers across Canada.The Technical Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client requirements, and grow the company’s footprint across key regions. This role blends technical expertise with commercial leadership, requiring someone skilled in equipment sizing, specification, tendering, laboratory/pilot testwork, and on-site commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth across Canada, meeting revenue and market share targetsBuild and maintain strong client and partner relationshipsManage pipeline, tenders, RFQs, and forecastingConduct technical product presentations and attend industry conferencesPerform laboratory and pilot plant testworkCompile technical reports for equipment sizing, specification, and costingConduct plant audits and optimization reviewsSupport equipment commissioning and performance acceptanceWork with internal engineering, contracts, marketing, and business development teamsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy / Engineering or equivalent10+ years experience in mineral processing equipment salesExpertise in solid–liquid separation technologiesStrong commercial acumen with hands-on plant experienceAbility to travel and work on remote sites when required
