They are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about industry trends to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.Your Responsibilities Customer Relationship ManagementCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs, resolving issue, and ensuring overall satisfaction.Prospecting and Lead GenerationIdentify and reach out to potential clients within the market to generate leads and expand the customer base.Sales MeetingsSchedule and conduct sales meetings with clients to discuss their requirements, provide solutions, and negotiate terms.Quotation and Proposal CreationPrepare accurate and compelling sales quotations and proposals, outlining terms, pricing, and delivery schedules in collaboration with the customer service team.Relationship BuildingCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Sales TargetsWork towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.Customer FeedbackGather and relay customer feedback to internal teams, contributing to product improvements and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.Sales ReportingMaintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, update customer profiles, and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.Market PenetrationIdentify and pursue opportunities for market penetration, exploring new geographical areas or industries within the manufacturing sector.Customer EducationEducate clients about the technical aspects and features of the company's products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.Customer FeedbackGather and analyze customer feedback, incorporating insights into product development, marketing strategies, and overall customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.Product KnowledgeMaintain a deep understanding of the company's processes and products to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Negotiation and Deal ClosureParticipate in key negotiations with clients, securing profitable deals and contracts while protecting the company’s interests.Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork closely with other internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products.Customer EducationEducate clients about the technical aspects and features of the company's products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.ComplianceEnsure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all sales activities.Continuous ImprovementProactively identify opportunities for process optimization, product enhancement, and overall improvement.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Technical Discipline, Engineering, Sciences or related field.+5 Years experience in Maritime, Offshore or Electrical sales.Proven experience in a technical Sales development and revenue generationAbout YouLanguage skills: Fluent in EnglishMust be based in EuropeEmpathetic and customer-focused – able to understand client needs and deliver solutionsTechnical credibility with strong commercial driveStrong sales management and negotiation skillsStress-resistant and able to cope with high workloadsResilient, motivated, and results-oriented, with a hunter mentalityWork EnvironmentOn occasion, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in designated areasOffice/Factory-basedNational and international travel for short durationsOccasional out-of-hours working to accommodate time zone variations or meet customer deadline.Our OfferA responsible and results-oriented task in an internationally active industrial companyWe provide an encouraging environment which offers growth within the company while investing in employee training/educationFamily and congenial working atmosphere with modern equipmentAttractive competitive compensation packageGenerous annual leave and flextimeApplication ProcessAre you the one that we're looking for?Don't hesitate to send your application in an English formatTrelleborg is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we take pride in the diversity of our employees, valuing the special experience and expertise that people from different backgrounds bring to our business.
