Run what runs the world.Tämä Positio RaportoiTechnical Sales ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesWe are now looking for a new Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the Distribution Solutions division in Vaasa. As a Technical sales specialist you will be supporting our factory sales and our local sales units in the presales activities. You will be the technical lead in various sales activities including reviewing technical specifications, preparing technical solutions as well as holding trainings and presentations to our customers globally.You Will Mainly Be Accountable ForAs a Technical Sales Specialist you will also develop partnerships with selected customers in collaboration with Business Development Managers. Additionally, you will be conveying the voice of the customer to our new product opportunities, product gaps and market trends to the product management team for action. Note that the role will also include global travel, approximately 50 days annually based on how you arrange your work. The official work model for this role is:Supporting global sales by providing advice at various stages on technical solutions, products, systems, and applicationsServing as the technical lead in large tenders, frame agreements and product approvalsDelivering technical presentations of product portfolio and applications for prospective and existing customersProviding technical training to local sales teams and customers to promote our products and help to improve the overall technical competence of the marketsQualifications For The RoleBSc or MSc level degree in electrical engineering or similarRelevant work experience, for example from working in electrical installationsKnowledge of protection relays and applicationsExperience with Omicron or similar testing devicesAbility to work independently with excellent problem-solving and time management skillsFluency in English both written and spokenWhat’s in it for you?We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
