In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing expert technical support for our vegetable product line to customers in the agricultural sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the vegetable industryConduct product demonstrations and field trials to showcase the benefits of our vegetable varietiesProvide technical advice and support to customers on vegetable cultivation, pest management, and crop optimizationAnalyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materialsMeet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicatorsPrepare and deliver technical presentations and product training to customers and internal teamsStay up-to-date with the latest developments in vegetable varieties, growing techniques, and agricultural technologiesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical inquiries using CRM softwareAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and gather market intelligenceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferredProven experience in technical sales, preferably in the vegetable or agricultural industryIn-depth knowledge of vegetable varieties, growing conditions, and market trendsStrong understanding of agricultural practices and technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsDemonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close salesProficiency in CRM software and data analysis toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryFluency in English and French; Arabic language skills are a plusValid driver's license and clean driving recordSales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus
