This role combines technical SEO expertise, automation, and AEO innovation to boost discoverability and keep MeetGeek visible on platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative search tools. You’ll work with Marketing and Product to build scalable automations, optimize content systems, and future-proof our presence in search and AI discovery.Here’s What You’ll GetA proven product loved by thousands of teams worldwideOwnership of MeetGeek’s technical SEO and AEO roadmap, with real impact on growth metricsCollaboration with a creative and data-driven marketing and product teamAccess to cutting-edge AI, automation, and analytics toolsA remote-first, flexible culture where initiative and experimentation are encouragedThe opportunity to shape the future of how MeetGeek appears across AI-powered searchWhat You’ll Be DoingTechnical SEO Optimization: Manage and enhance site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, and crawl efficiency for optimal performance.AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Develop strategies to make MeetGeek’s content discoverable across AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.Automation & Integration: Build and maintain SEO automations using tools like Zapier, Make, APIs, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline keyword monitoring, content updates, and data collection.Programmatic SEO: Design and deploy scalable, data-driven landing pages for long-tail search queries.Content Intelligence: Collaborate with writers and product marketers to identify high-impact keywords and optimize content for both search and AI models.Performance Tracking: Set up dashboards and automate reports for keyword trends, traffic, backlinks, and AI-based visibility.Backlink & Authority Growth: Coordinate link-building, partnerships, and guest posting through technical outreach systems.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineers and designers to ensure technical alignment and implementation of structured data, metadata, and automation workflows.What We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in SEO, technical marketing, or growth engineering (SaaS or B2B preferred)Strong understanding of both traditional SEO and AEO principlesExperience implementing schema markup, structured data, and optimizing for AI-driven searchHands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, GA4)Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, Python, or similar)Knowledge of programmatic SEO or dynamic content generationAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBefore You ApplyAt MeetGeek, we move fast, experiment often, and hold ourselves to high standards.
