All rights reserved.Job PurposeTo leverage deep technical expertise in wood coatings to provide exceptional, outcome-based service to US buyers & customers. This role is critical technical bridge between buyer expectation, customers’ needs, sales team's strategy, TS & Lab team's capabilities, ensuring that finish recommendations are technically sound, commercially viable, and delivering on promised performance.Key AccountabilitiesDrive Technical Support: Use expert knowledge of wood coatings and performance to empower sales team, providing technical details needed to close deals with US buyersDeliver Outcome-Focused Proposals: Lead technical discussions with US buyers to diagnose needs and prescribe coating solutions. Develop proposals that specific performance outcomes (e.g., adhesion, hardness, gloss, scratch resistance, low VOC and other specific requirementsBridge Customer with TS & Lab: Act as vital link between US buyer requirements and internal technical teams.
