Qnity CMP Quality Team is looking for a passionate Technical Service Engineer eager to work in a global environment and collaborate with teams across countries. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring product excellence for ourcustomers in the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) business, whilecollaborating closely with global teams across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.You will be empowered to solve complex problems, lead technical investigations, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the resolution of customer requests and complaints in the region, using root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.Drive quality troubleshooting and develop effective corrective & preventive actions to secure long-term product reliability.Create and deliver 8D reports, ensuring transparency and customer confidence.Apply statistical methods and data-driven insights to identify sources of product variation and recommend robust solutions.Work seamlessly with global partners in Manufacturing, Product Quality Engineering, Raw Materials Quality, and Marketing to strengthen product quality and customer trust.Act as the key technical service contact for CMP customers in Korea, combining technical expertise with customer engagement skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering.4+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing, process, or qualityengineering.Proven track record of resolving complex customer or supplier technical issues under tight deadlines.Proficiency with structured problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA, etc.) and statistical software (JMP, Minitab, etc.).Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Process Controls, Customer Management skillsStrong communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to work in a global environment.A collaborative, positive, and self-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!Qnity is an equal opportunity employer.
