Job Description
Responsibilities1.Support customer online or on site including aftersales and presales questions and problem. 2.Training for customer. 3.Collect information from customer and report to headquartersQualifications1. Background in science, major in electricity & electrical engineering is preferred;2. Three years or above relevant working experience, have a background in the renewable energy industry is preferred;3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance;4. Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and have good customer service awareness.
