LjubljanaHybrid Work SurTec Adria d.o.o.You support our team as Technical Service Manager Surface Treatment (f/m/d) Responsibilities Providing technical support to customers on site in the surface treatment industry incl. implementing technological solutionsResolving technical challenges in chemical pretreatment (metal pre-treatment / industrial parts cleaning) and electroplating processesPerforming process analysis, optimization, and quality control at customer sites in SloveniaPreparing technical documentation, reports, and recordsClose collaboration with the sales team on new project implementationConducting of customer trainings where neccessaryQualifications Completed higher education or university degree in chemistry or related disciplineKnowledge of metal pretreatment, industrial cleaning, electroplating, or related processesAnalytical thinking, problem-solving and hands-on mentalitygood communication skills with a high level of service orientationgood working structure and high interest in teamworkCategory B driving licence and willingness to travel 50%fluent English language skillsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
