Are You an Experienced Technical Services Manager Seeking Your Next Challenge in a Fast-Growing, Entrepreneurial Environment?We’re seeking a Technical Services Manager to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you’ll lead the Technical Project Coordinators and support the base maintenance coordination —ensuring all planned work is prepared with the right resources. You’ll also act as the main link between customers, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant project delivery.Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.Your principal responsibilitiesLead and actively participate the Technical Project Coordinator team to ensure timely delivery of base maintenance projects.Support Maintenance Managers with work scope and regulatory compliance.Develop efficient production planning and work ordering systems.Manage customer relations and validate work orders within Skyways’ capabilities.With the Technical Project Coordinator team:Plan manpower, tools, materials, and oversee accurate work documentation.Deliver complete work packages and monitor project progress with Dock Chiefs.Ensure timely completion, certification, and documentation of maintenance tasks.Coordinate outsourced work and handle audit corrective actions.Oversee staff competence assessments with the Training Manager.Qualifications / Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or a related technical fieldSolid knowledge of EASA Part-145 or equivalent regulationsProven leadership or coordination experience in a technical environmentStrong communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholdersExperience with maintenance planning systems (e.g., Pentagon, AMOS, TRAX)High IT proficiency, including MS OfficeExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsFluent in English, written and spokenGood commercial understanding of maintenance workflowsWork Experience Requirements5+ years of experience in a Part-145 environment in a similar MRO roleProven track record in leading or coordinating base maintenance or technical services teamsHands-on experience in production planning, work pack preparation, and maintenance coordinationDirect interaction with customers, OEMs, and regulatory authorities Experience managing outsourced maintenance and subcontractors Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment with shifting priorities Place of Work: Sønderborg, DenmarkWe offerAt Skyways Technics A/S, joining our team means embarking on a dynamic career in a multicultural environment, working closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the globe.As our company undergoes significant growth and transformation, you’ll have exceptional opportunities for both personal and professional development.You will be part of an international organization where collaboration, respect, competence, and responsibility are at the heart of everything we do.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the aviation industry, making a meaningful impact on the success of our projects and customer satisfaction.Contact informationFor more information about the position, please contact Base/Line Maintenance Manager - Wijnand Baars at +45 50 81 08 03 or email wib@skywaystechnics.com.
