This is a role for someone with real ambition: someone who wants to set a new standard for efficiency, precision, and impact in the age of AI.What You'll DoLeading technical implementation and integration projects from start to finish, always managing multiple projects in parallel.Acting as the bridge between our consulting team, developers, and customers—translating business requirements into technical deliverables.Scoping solutions, setting timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec.Being the technical advisor to our customers—helping them design the right architecture using Upsales, our API, and third-party tools.Managing stakeholders internally and externally, including developers and other vendors.Continuously improving our project delivery playbooks and best practices.Who We're Looking ForSharp, independent, and experienced project manager with a proven track recordAt least 5-10 years of experience leading technical projects within IT, CRM, or SaaSStrong technical fluency; comfortable collaborating with developers and discussing APIs, architecture, and integrationsMaster’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalentExperienced in managing complex integrations involving third-party systemsStrong communicator; skilled at managing both stakeholders and timelinesFluency in Swedish and EnglishDeep understanding of Upsales (as a power user or through close collaboration)Business-focused mindset; driven by outcomes and value, not just technologyUpsales is a bootstrapped company with big ambitions, known for our high-performing team, relentless curiosity, and a culture that challenges conventional thinking.
