Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Specialist role located in Linz. The Technical Specialist will provide expert technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage and optimize IT infrastructure, and work closely with clients to address their IT needs. Daily responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, offering excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and solutions. This role ensures that the technology runs efficiently and effectively to meet client objectives.
